Fruzeum

The theme for my museum is tropical fruit. I chose tropical fruit because I LOVEEEEEE mangoes and I wanted to add other fruits that were tropical.

I want visitors to learn to not judge fruits by how they look.

My collection is about monsters created by people from ancient or modern times. One of my favorites is the monster Cthulhu. He has a head of a squid, a body of a human, and the wings of a dragon.

I chose the theme of monsters because first of all I thought it was cool (in a nerdy way). Another reason is that monsters tie in with different country’s histories.

I want my visitors to learn that monsters were created in stories and takes. Storytellers would use monsters in their stories to make them more interesting. Not only that, but humans have lived with fantasy and made up monsters from their imagination. Monsters have basically been living with us since humans had their own creativity.

My collection is about different animal skulls. There is a bison skull, a pig skull, and cow skull.

I chose my theme because bones are interesting and important. Also, I wanted to let people know about the inside of animal bodies. The reason why I chose skulls instead of other bones is because the head is the most important for all people and animals. Their protection is from the skull.

I want my visitors to take away that the skulls are gross and even they have skulls.

The Ocean's Art

The Wonders of the Ocean are amazing. That’s why I decided to create an exhibit about the animals inside the curiosity. The collection is about how animals and life in the ocean affect and engage us in ways that “wonder” humans. I chose this theme because learning about lives other than humans’ is how we could consider by “thinking outside the box.”

Today readers can take away the understanding of other lives and how hey can engage you in ways you might not have liked or imagined.

The theme of this installation is black and white.

This collection is about what you can do in art without the use of color. It is almost like a social experiment. I want to see how people react to popular art pieces without color. I want to see people react.

My collection is about plants. In this collection you see lots of plants. You will see what plants need to survive: climate, amount of water, what kind of soil. You will also have a chance to see rare plants.

A collection inspired by water.

My collection is about how water is used as inspiration for art. I was inspired to choose this theme because of Untitled No. 6 — the sculpture I made and our visit to the “Whistler in Watercolor” exhibit.

I want visitors to take away that water is more than a necessity — it is something that you can learn from, grow with, and be inspired by.

I like swim team because it’s fun to compete. When we win I feel happy and excited. I made an exhibit about swim team because it i something that is big in my life.

What the visitor might not know about swim team is that it is less competitive during summer swim than winter swim. I would like visitors to feel the same excitement I felt when we won.
