Stained Glass
<p>Stained glass technique uses small pieces of glass in different colors to create a design. During most of the history, stained glass was used in windows in churches, mosques, royal palaces, etc. for ornamental purposes. Another use of stained glass has been in lamp shades and other objects for decoration. As the light filters through, the stained glass helps create a magical effect in the room. <br></p>

<p><em>M</em><strong>andala</strong> is a symbolic circular figure, usually with symmetrical divisions and figures of deities, etc. in the center. It is used in Buddhism, Islam, and other religions as a representation of the universe and serves as an object of meditation. The shape has inspired artists from around the globe for different art work. The word <strong><em>mandala </em></strong>comes from Sanskrit, a classical language of South Asia. </p>
