THE SECOND SAYS "NOME 1975" (MEANING OF THIS IS UNCLEAR; PERHAPS NOME IS WHERE THE PIECE WAS ACTUALLY MADE AND/OR PURCHASED IN 1975?)

This object is on loan to the Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center, from 2010 through 2022.
