Julia Hoffman
Hi! My name is Julia Hoffman, and I am working towards earning my teaching certification through American University's School of Education. I will be graduating in December 2019 with a double major in Political Science and Secondary Education.
I have experience teaching a broad range of students in a variety of contexts, including a suburban high school, an urban middle school, and a summer program for gifted and talented middle school students. I am passionate about promoting educational equity, closing the opportunity gap, and supporting sound educational policy that uplifts students from all backgrounds.
