<p>This collection includes adolescent-appealing artworks that would be conducive, in an English class, to analyzing the development of characters and the relations between characters, inviting students to draw observation-based inferences about the people in the artworks and/or their relations to each other. In some cases, comparative analysis with characters from a print text might be possible as well, if the pairing is carefully made. This collection will grow periodically as I revisit the SAAM and other Smithsonian art museums and add new works. #SAAMTeach</p>
