Is the school to prison pipeline due to a bad educational system?

Loveless School, school for African American students, established in 1923 and named after Henry Allen Loveless. It became a junior high school.[2] Prominent alumni include civil rights lawyer Fred Gray. Aurelia Browder taught veterans at the school. It closed in 1999 and became home to LAMP High School.

I see that this is A black-and-white digital image of children looking out windows at the Loveless Elementary School. Children are leaning out the three windows above the pediment with the sign of the brick building stating "LOVELESS SCHOOL".

There are only black/African Americans visible and the name of the school is Loveless School. Because of that, my initial thought was that the Loveless School was a school made for African Americans and that the name was a play on words. I also thought that the point of this school was to be a way for black Americans to study in the best conditions possible, to have the best future possible and not to segregate or separate the white and black American folks.

I know that the school was named after its founder, Henry Allen Loveless, but still do wonder if there was ever the slightest play in words with the schools name or if the reasoning behind opening this school was symbolic of the African Americans struggles in American education.

The oil on canvas painting, The Problem We All Live With is a visual commentary on segregation and the problem of racism in America meant to commemorate the Brown vs Board of education ruling made in 1954. Rockwell chose Linda Gun as the youngest of the models for this painting, was chosen as he thought she was more in keeping with Ruby's actual age which was about six years old.

The problem we all live with- Norman Rockwell

https://www.flickr.com/photos/...

If this artwork is the middle of a story, what might happen before?

I think that before this moment, the little girl finished classes and started walking home back from school and was being harassed because she's black, and is being escorted by police officers for her safety. My reasoning behind this is that she is holding school supplies, and there is a thrown tomato on the wall next to the word "nigger".

What might be about to happen?

I think that right after this the group of people on the opposite side of our point of view will start throwing more and more objects. For example tomatoes, balled up papers and even rocks. The little girl would the start to ru to avoid getting hit and so will the officers.
