With the engraved calling card of Miss Van Derburgh, and a printed bookseller's card for the firm Pages, of Mount Kisco, N.Y., with a description of this copy of the book handwritten on the verso, identifying Van Derburgh as the typist. These items have been removed to a separate file; see Cullman staff for access.
