I am an artist-teacher based in the Washington DC metro area. I started teaching art to middle school students in 2005 after graduating from Kent State University with a BA in Art Education. In 2013 I earned my Masters in Art Education from Boston University. It was during graduate school that I started practicing making my own art again. My favorite mediums are watercolor, oil, and ink.
